RULES AND REGULATIONS / BY LAWS

 

Whilst changes to the Articles would normally require members’ sanction, the club’s rules or by laws, can usually be amended by Committee or Management decision. They represent the codes of conduct and guidelines, procedures and policies by which the club operates on a day to day basis and with which members are expected to comply.

 

These rules and regulations will be bespoke to each Club but it is important to ensure that they are clear to all members and are practical for the smooth running of the business.

 

Ensuring that they are comprehensive and relevant is a task that HSCS can provide assistance and direction with.
