OPERATING MANAGEMENT AGREEMENTS

As an operator, HSCS would contract to be responsible for the day-to-day running of all aspects of the business. As well as managing operations, including but not limited to rooms, food and beverage, conference and banqueting, spa and health and fitness, HSCS would also be responsible for all matters pertaining to human resources, marketing, sales and promotion of the business, financial administration, procurement and building asset management, including routine maintenance.  HSCS would manage and coordinate any capital projects needed for the hotel, as agreed with the owner.

Meeting

HSCS ensures that the business is run profitably to agreed targets and standards, delivering to owners and shareholders suitable returns on their investments.

Modern Office

Typically, long term OMAs are preferred involving periods of not less than 10 years. Again, HSCS is flexible on this and is willing to negotiate shorter terms if owners so wish, subject to the agreement offering fair and reasonable renewal options.

Men Shaking Hands

HSCS believes in the power of effective and timely communication and strongly advocates the need for a strong business relationship with the owners of the properties they manage. We seek to understand and balance the respective needs of owners and ourselves and forge mutually beneficial and strategic relationships that ensure both parties achieve and then exceed their goals and ambitions.
